Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed.

Our team will review the footage and assist you with a suitable resolution.

  • Please ensure to record the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.

  • Claims without an unboxing video or reported after 2 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

  • Since all products are customized, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
